Distilled at Bruichladdich Distillery in 1991 and matured for thirty full years, this ultra-limited vintage release showcases exceptionally well-tamed, elegant aged unpeated Islay malt with decades of integrated oak influence. Its aroma unfolds with dried apricot, honeyed wax, old leather, soft sea salt, vanilla oak and subtle floral herbal notes, with no harsh peat present. Medium-bodied and luxuriously silky on the palate, delicate stone fruit sweetness harmonises with polished aged wood, faint nutty malt and mild saline coastal undertones.
